Booking terms

Your stay will be confirmed as soon as both parties (AlpeLuce Mountain Apartments and Guest) have received a confirmation email. For a final booking confirmation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay is required, which must be sent by bank transfer or paid directly on the website with your credit card. In line with European regulations and in the absence of other agreements, in the event of cancellation of the entire booking, the following penalties will be charged (calculated on the total cost of the stay):

• Up to 30 days before arrival: The 30% deposit is not lost, but can be used during the current season (subject to availability and for a stay of 7 nights).
• From 29 to 8 days before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total stay amount will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival (or no-show): The full amount (100%) of the booking will be charged.
